A spinoff of the local-Kubernetes Million Claim Challenge field notes: the same platform, headed back to a real cloud subscription after a deliberate stretch focused on local-only evaluation. First stop is Azure, where it used to run before a full environment rebuild; GCP and AWS are planned after it.
Current scope: Part One covers the first day of standing up a rebuilt Azure environment and getting the first real services running on AKS. The full fleet at full replica count is still in progress.

Standing this platform back up on a real Azure subscription to run the 834/837 evaluator on-ramp and claims-scale testing beyond a laptop, and the hours-long RBAC chase that turned out to be permissions granted to a service principal the CI pipeline never actually used.
